Your 30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a return under our money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return under this voluntary guarantee, the item must be returned in its original packaging and you are responsible for return shipping.

This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights. Its time limit and packaging conditions do not restrict rights you may have for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, or any mandatory cancellation rights.

How to arrange a return

1. Contact us through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item or pack you want to return.
2. Our support team will provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging for a return under the voluntary guarantee, and send it to the address provided by support.

Please arrange the return with us before sending it. The business address listed below is not automatically the return address. Keep your postage receipt or tracking information.

Who pays return shipping?

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return under the 30-day guarantee. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and explain the return arrangements. Any costs or remedies required by applicable consumer law remain our responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

For a return under the voluntary guarantee, we process the refund after the returned item arrives. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and we will confirm when the refund has been issued. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Any mandatory refund deadlines or requirements under applicable law take precedence.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us review it. The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit any separate rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Order cancellation

Orders that have not been fulfilled or shipped can be cancelled. Contact us with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation has been completed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, the return process applies, without limiting any statutory cancellation rights.
