Order processing

Order processing takes 1 day after we receive your completed order. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges may apply. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Delayed or missing orders

If an order has not arrived within its estimated delivery time, contact us through our contact form with your order number. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will notify you and explain the revised timing and your options to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Delivery details and changes

Check your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you need to request an address change. We will confirm whether the change can be made; a request does not itself confirm that the address has been updated.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help us review it. See our Return and Refund Policy for further information.
