About Varnholt
Varnholt is operated by Bonehill Com Venture LLC. These terms apply to use of our online store and purchases made through it. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and pack sizes
The product page describes the product, available pack sizes and what is included. Review your selected pack before ordering. Display colours can vary between screens. Dimensions labelled approximate are estimates. Demonstration props are not included unless the product description expressly lists them.
Prices and payment
Review the currency, products, quantities, delivery charges, taxes and final total displayed at checkout before submitting an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Later changes to prices do not change the price agreed for an existing order.
Your order information
Provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will confirm whether a requested correction can be made; sending a request does not itself confirm that an order has been changed or cancelled.
Processing and delivery
Order processing takes 1 day. Estimated delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges may apply and are displayed at checkout before payment. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Returns and cancellations
Your Varnholt hammer comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. For a change-of-mind return under this guarantee, request the return within 30 days of delivery, return the item in its original packaging and pay the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed after the return arrives. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to arrange a return.
Orders that have not been fulfilled or shipped can be cancelled. Contact us with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, the return process applies, subject to any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
Lawful use of the store
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the website or attempt to access information that is not yours. Rights in website content remain with their respective owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store, contact us or place an order. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used by this store.
Your consumer rights
The voluntary guarantee and these terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory legal right gives you greater protection than these terms, that right applies.

Contact us with your order number, where relevant, and a description of the issue. Updated terms will be dated on this page. Later changes do not retrospectively change the terms that applied to an existing purchase.
